USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
Pracdia Private Limited ("Pracdia", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to request deletion of your personal information.
If you have interacted with a Pracdia service, Thrive, or an AI Receptionist powered or operated by Pracdia and would like to request deletion of your personal information, you may submit a data deletion request using the process below.

Clinic / Hospital:
The name of the clinic, hospital, doctor, or organisation through which you interacted with the Pracdia or Thrive service
Description:
A brief description of the information or account you would like deleted.
Please do not send unnecessary medical or other sensitive personal information in your deletion request.
Verification
For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
This may require us to request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm that the request relates to you or that you are authorised to make the request.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive and verify your request, we will review the information associated with the request and take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise personal information where required and permitted by applicable law.
Where technically and legally appropriate, deletion may include information associated with your Pracdia account, communications, or interactions with a Pracdia-powered service.
Information That May Need to Be Retained
Some information may not be immediately deleted where retention is necessary or permitted for reasons including:

Where information must be retained, we will limit its use to the purposes for which retention is required or permitted.
Information Held by Clinics, Hospitals, or Doctors
Pracdia provides technology services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organisations.
If you interacted with a clinic, hospital, doctor, or other organisation using a Pracdia-powered AI Receptionist, that organisation may independently hold information about you.
A deletion request submitted to Pracdia may therefore not delete information that is independently held by the relevant healthcare organisation.
In such cases, you may also need to contact the relevant clinic, hospital, doctor, or organisation directly.
Third-Party Platforms
Some Pracdia services operate through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta services, payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or other technology platforms.
Those platforms may independently retain certain information according to their own policies and terms.
Pracdia cannot directly delete information that is independently controlled by a third-party platform.
